CJCSC calls on PM Shehbaz

ISLAMABAD: Prime Minister Shehbaz Sharif and Chairman Joint Chiefs of Staff Committee (CJCSC) Gen Sahir Shamshad Mirza exchanged views on matters related to armed forces.

PM Shehbaz and Minister for Human Rights Riaz Hussain Pirzada also exchanged views on country’s political situation. Minister also apprised premier of matters in related to Human Rights Ministry.

PM Shehbaz asked Swedish government to take strict action against desecration of Holy Quran. Premier expressed satisfaction over emergency meeting of Organisation of the Islamic Conference in this regard.

“We condemn Sweden’s sacrilege of Holy Quran in strongest words. Those involved in despicable act should be brought to justice,” premier concluded.
