KARACHI: The objective resolution with its principle and provisions form part of substantive law and it is also included in Toto in the preamble wherein peoples of Pakistan being cognizant to responsibility before Almighty Allah and men including their sacrifices has declared to remain faithful to the declaration made by the founder of Pakistan, Quaid-e-Azam Mohammad Ali Jinnah that Pakistan would be a democratic State based on Islamic Principles of social justice.

Hashmat Habib President Tehreek e Tahaffuz e Adlia warned Federal and Sindh Govts to act in accordance with these principles and the scheme of Cholistan  canals and construction of Kala Bagh Dam should not be disturbed otherwise we will negate constitutional responsibility endangering the prosperity of Pakistan.

Senior Lawyer said Indus River System Authority is functional and it is taking care of the distribution of water of rivers and Cholistan Canal project was also approved by this authority but now dispute is being created which we condemn. He said both projects should be carried out after having public debate so that anti propaganda by traitors should be exposed. Time is running thus a quick decision is required to ensure prosperity of Pakistan. Hashmat Habib said it is known principle that all organs of the State should function within limits prescribed by law and constitution otherwise the object of securing independent state may be badly injured.

He said if the anti state elements will be successful in frustrating Cholistan Canal project as they did with Kala Bagh dam without realizing that these projects are for Pakistan and not for any province. Therefore, we should open our eyes and think for the nation instead of individuals’ vested interest.
