Karachi: Delegation of United Arab Emirates U Microfinance Bank met Sindh Governor Kamran Tessori. Delegation led by Muhammad Isa Al Tahiri President and CEO of U Micro Finance Bank was welcomed by Tessori.

He congratulated him on his election as President and CEO of U Bank. Governor said that provision of loans to needy by U Bank is commendable. Governor suggested that loans should also be provided to university students through U Bank. He said that role of banks in economic development is very important.

Isa Al Tahiri said that bank has more than 300 branches across Pakistan, which will increase to 400 by end of this year. He said that bank is also providing U Paisa service with support of U Phone. Governor presented culture of Sindh to Isa Al Tahiri. Later, CEO of Bank visited historical room of Father of the Nation Quaid-e-Azam Muhammad Ali Jinnah where he inspected items used by Father of the Nation.
