CEO KW&SB says ‘settlement of grounds, evacuation of hospitals our key mission’

Karachi: Pakistan national hockey team met VC KW&SB Syed Najmi Alam, CEO KW&SB Engineer Syed Salahuddin Ahmed & COO KW&SB Engineer Asadullah Khan at MD Secretariat & discussed for the improvement of hockey.

On this occasion, the CEO KW&SB welcomed the national team on the arrival of the KW&SB office & said that hockey team is our pride & hockey is our national sport, So the KW&SB doors are always open for the Pakistan hockey team, He said that my best effort is to activate the KW&SB hockey team, In this regard, we have also made a plan to organize a hockey league, He said that the Chief Minister Sindh has taken personal interest & taken good steps for the improvement of hockey, for which I pay tribute to him, CEO while addressing the players of the national team said that I am sure you are all working hard, He said, I hope & I pray that you will win the Azlan Shah Hockey Tournament starting November 1 in Malaysia & bring the name of Pakistan to the world, He further said that Minister Local Govt, VC & COO KW&SB are all one, And God willing, we all will work day & night to provide better water supply & drainage facilities to the citizens, On this occasion, VC KW&SB assured the officials of Hockey Federation Pakistan that the KW&SB is taking steps to build a hockey ground & in this regard, talks will also be held with the Sindh Govt.
