Celebrities at forefront to aid flood-affectees

Pakistan has currently been struck with massive flash flood, which has created a havoc in country. Flood has destroyed major parts of Sindh and Balochistan completely. Infrastructure of almost 60 percent of country has gone.

Balochistan, Sindh, Khyber Pakhtunkhwa and Punjab have been facing difficulties after flood. Many people have lost their lives, many are homeless and many have lost goods and their cattle Amidst this unrest and devastation, a few of actors have been spotted making efforts for flood affectees and flood stricken areas. They are collecting and dispatching goods and funds. Many others are posting motivational videos during flood. Most of them are saying that everyone should donate whatever they can donate in their little capacity as it is hour of need. Hadiqa Kiani is doing a lot of flood relief activities from day one. She has given it name of Vaseela E Raah. Up till now, she has dispatched tonnes of flood relief equipment to affected areas. Faysal Quraishi, Faizan Sheikh, Asim Mehmood and Naveed Raza conducted fund raiser at Do Talwaar Karachi along with JDC Foundation's owner Syed Zafar Abbas Jafferi. They collected lot of funds and goods for flood affectees. Faysal Quraishi and Naveed Raza spent hours at Do Talwaar.
