Budget rescheduled owing to PM’s China visit

ISLAMABAD: Government would present its budget for fiscal year 2024-25 on June 12 as it has been rescheduled due to Prime Minister Shehbaz Sharif’s visit to China.

State Minster for Finance Ali Pervez Malik confirmed development, stating that budget will be tabled in National Assembly after premier reach back from neighbouring country. Sources said meeting of National Economic Council would take place on June 10 while economy survey would be presented on June 11.
