KARACHI: British Airline Virgin Atl antic announced that it would be suspending services to Pakistan. In press release, airline said it was ceasing operations between London and Lahore and Islamabad.

 “As we continue to ramp up our flying programme in 2023, we’ve taken opportunity to review our entire network and decided to make few changes. Following this review, it is with regret that we’ve taken difficult decision to suspend our services between London Heathrow and Pakistan,” press release quoted spokesperson as saying. Spokesperson said this was not decision that was “Taken lightly” and apologised for any inconvenience caused. “We would like to wholeheartedly thank everyone in Pakistan, our customers, teams, partners and authorities for their support over past two years,” spokesperson said.
