Karachi: Global exhibition of books creates reading passion among people, Syed Tariq Shah central Chairman of All Private Schools Management Association (APSMA) Sindh on visiting 17th World Book Fair at Expo Centre along with Apsama's delegation said that apart from students and teachers, school administrators will also get an opportunity to buy cheap and quality books. Large number of boys, girls, teachers, parents and people visited world book fair.

In past anti-Muslim set on fire collection of books so that Muslims could not develop. Since Muslims were at forefront of scientific development even during that period, Muslims had relationship with books from eternity.

Tariq Shah said that due to lack of interest of government, less attention is on building libraries in country. Government should release special fund for maintenance of libraries and books so that apart from improving condition of libraries, collection of books can be increased.

Vice Chairman Atiq Shamsi, President Karachi Region Furqan Bilal, Vice President Karachi Region Shabi Ahmad Khan, Deputy General Secretary Muhammad Ishrat Ahmed, Public Relations Secretary Muhammad Imran Khan and others were among participants.
