Nargis Fakhri is well-known name in Bollywood. She started her career opposite Ranbir Kapoor in film Rockstar which went on to become cult classic. We got to see Nargis in several Pakistani ads.

Nargis Fakhri has revealed in an interview that she has Pakistani roots. She talked about how being child of mixed ethnicity makes person confused about their self-identity. Her father was Pakistani while her mother was from Czech Republic and she was born in New York City. She therefore, always felt not enough brown or not enough white. Nargis has worked in both India and Pakistan and talked about her identity crisis in her interview.
