He criticized Islamabad bureaucrats for lamenting about fund shortages, highlighting abundant resources available for problem-solving. Bilawal proposed dissolving redundant ministries, allocating the saved 300 billion rupees currently spent on 17 ministries to address issues.
Promising 300 free electricity units to citizens, Bilawal outlined a vision to invest in green energy, reducing reliance on Wapda and K-Electric. He pledged to redirect the current 1,500 billion rupees elite subsidy towards support for the underprivileged, emphasizing the importance of peasant and worker cards.
