ABBOTTABAD: Pakistan People’s Party (PPP) Chairman and former Foreign Minister Bilawal Bhutto Zardari called on the public to grant him an opportunity in the upcoming general elections in 2024.

Speaking at a public gathering in Abbottabad as part of his election campaign, Bilawal emphasized the importance of providing him with a chance rather than re-electing individuals for a second or fourth term as prime minister. He assured the masses that he would not disappoint them if given the opportunity.

Bilawal advocated for a shift towards new leadership, suggesting that elder politicians should take a step back to allow fresh perspectives. He emphasized the need for unity among political leaders to address the country's challenges, stating that solving issues requires a collective will to serve the people.

Bilawal reaffirmed the PPP's commitment to representing the common people and addressing key issues such as poverty and inflation that have adversely affected the lives of citizens. Additionally, he expressed confidence in the PPP's prospects in the general elections in Khyber Pakhtunkhwa, highlighting the party's dedication to overcoming challenges faced during previous elections.
