Karachi: Pakistan Peoples’ Party Chairman and Foreign Minister Bilawal Bhutto Zardari’s in twitter message said, “With Justice Athar Minallah’s note, four judges have now come on record before us”. It has become clear that decision of Chief Justice SC regarding holding of elections was minority, Bilawal Bhutto said.

With Justice Minallah’s note we now have 4 justices on record. it is clear the CJs opinion is the minority judgement. The CJP & SC must act immediately to undo this unconstitutional bench fixing. This is only way the dignity of the supreme court can be resorted. 1/2

Chief Justice and Supreme Court should immediately end lawlessness based on bench fixing, Bilawal Bhutto added.

This is only way through which dignity of Supreme Court can be restored, he added.

Decision of three-member bench is not as important as paper on which this decision was written, Bilawal said. If Chief Justice cannot restore court by treating this mockery of justice, then he should allow someone else to take over his position, Bilawal suggested.
