ISLAMABAD: Minister for Information and Broadcasting Marriyum Aurangzeb paying tribute to former Prime Minister Benazir Bhutto on her martyrdom said Benazir Bhutto was Benazeer (unique) like her name. She said this in statement issued here yesterday. Benazir Bhutto is bright example of bravery, sagacity and struggle in politics and she continued to fight for unity, struggle and prosperity of Pakistan like chain of federation.

She was source of inspiration for women political workers who always stood against dictatorship, she held. Her struggle for Constitution, Parliament, democracy, people rights and social betterment will be remembered for ever. Her shahadat was colossal loss to Pakistan and nation will never forget it, she added. Today we pay tribute to former President Asif Ali Zardari who fortified unity in Pakistan by raising slogan of Pakistan Khappay, she underline. “I condole with family members including former President Asif Zardari, Bilawal Bhutto Zardari, Bakhtawar and Asifa Bhutto Zardari pray to Allah Almighty to rest departed soul in eternal peace and grant courage to bereaved family to bear this loss with fortitude’, she added.
