Atiqa Odho opens up about personal family details, struggles

Atiqa Odho is an artist who has shined from the very first moment that she appeared on screens.

She has ruled the dramas in her time and she is one of the very few artists who is still giving hits with characters that are remembered for ages like Humsafar and Pyar Ke Sadqay. Atiqa was a guest on Frieha Altaf’s podcast FWhy and she shared a lot about her struggles in life. Atiqa revealed that she comes from a broken home. Her parents got divorced and they both remarried.

This was difficult on her as it can be difficult on any child and she later on lost her dad when she was 19 and her father was only 43 to cancer. She also shared how things used to be kept secret from children at that time. Her parents did not tell her that they were getting divorced. She got to know about their divorce and later on their second marriages from her school which was another trauma as a young kid.  

Atiqa has seen her fair share of problems in relationships and her first marriage also broke after a few years and she had two children. She shared that she always craved to have a male figure to be in her life as she did not have her father around and therefore she wanted to be married early as she wanted a family for herself.
