ATC extends interim bail of PTI leader Atif Khan

ISLAMABAD: Anti-Terrorism Court (ATC) has extended interim bail of PTI leader Atif Khan till April 18 in Judicial Complex attack case.  Bail before arrest plea came up for hearing before ATC led by judge Raja Jawad Abbas. Investigation officer told court that Atif Khan has not joined investigation so far.

Court remarked he should join investigation till 11am on Tuesday otherwise his bail plea will be dismissed. Court announced interval during course of hearing of case.

On resumption of hearing court was told that PTI leader Atif Khan has joined investigation. Upon it court extended interim bail of Atif Khan till April 18.
