ISLAMABAD: Former President and Pakistan Peoples’ Party co-Chairman summoned an important meeting of party to review situation after SC verdict on Punjab polls. According to sources within PPP, important huddle of PPP will met at Zardari House Islamabad. Party’s chairman and Foreign Minister Bilawal Bhutto Zardari also joined consultative meeting along with other senior leaders.

National Assembly speaker Raja Parvaiz Ashraf, Nayyar Bukhari, Faisal Karim Kundi, Farhatullah Babar, Sherry Rehman, Qamar Zaman Kaira and other senior leaders were also present in meeting. PPP leadership consulted party on decision of Supreme Court? There was also important consultations on elections? Sources said that PPP leadership took party into confidence regarding decision made in meeting of allied parties. Party leadership also considered summoning central executive committee meeting to chalked out future plan of action.
