Asif Zardari, FM Bilawal pay tribute to Shahnawaz Bhutto

KARACHI: Pakistan Peoples’ Party co-Chairperson Asif Ali Zardari and party Chairman and FM Bilawal Bhutto Zardari praised Shahnawaz Bhutto. In message on Shahnawaz Bhutto’s 38th death anniversary, Zardari said, “Shahnawaz Bhutto was proponent of democracy. He continued to struggle for upholding democracy.”

“Garhi Khuda Bakhsh graveyard has been inhabited by those who sacrificed their lives for democracy,” Zardari maintained. Former President vowed to follow “Vision” of former Prime Minister Benazir Bhutto. “Staunch supporters of democracy want to see democratic, prosperous, independent, and respected country”, he added. Bilawal Bhutto Zardari said that nation will always remember struggle and sacrifice of Shaheed Shahnawaz Bhutto for democracy, who is truly symbol of revolutionary thinking and vision among youth of Pakistan.

He said that martyrdom day of Shahnawaz Bhutto will keep reminding us how many inhuman atrocities had been done to Bhutto family for standing with democracy, adding that after judicial murder of Shaheed ZA Bhutto, brutal killing of Shaheed Shahnawaz Bhutto was second major tragedy for Bhutto family and party.
