Asif Zardari, Fazl, Maryam lambaste PTI Chief over ‘spitting venom’ against institutions, soldiers

KARACHI: Former President and co-Chairman Pakistan Peoples’ Party Asif Ali Zardari alluding to PTI Chief Imran Khan said that institutions and generals could not be maligned to please one man. He said that Imran Khan was on mission of weakening country, which could not be fulfilled in their lives. He said, ‘everyone knows now, who is a human and who is an animal’.
He said nation had come to know who was bone of contention. Asif Zardari said that every solider and general was brave and patriot. He said that entire nation was standing shoulder to shoulder with flood affected people and making all-out effort to help them.
He said that Federal government was busy in relief work in Punjab and Khyber-Pakhtunkhwa while provincial governments of aforesaid provinces were busy in making arrangements for public gatherings only. Jamiat Ulema-e-Islam-Fazl (JUI-F) Chief Maulana Fazlur Rehman alleged that Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI) Chairman Imran Khan is creating a crack in ‘defence rampart’ of Pakistan.
Taking to Twitter, Maulana Fazlur Rehman lambasted former Prime Minister Imran and penned, “We have been bringing forward his Imran agenda of breaking Pakistan for 12 years.” Describing economy and defense as ‘guarantee of survival of state’, Maulana Fazl said that PTI Chairman has destroyed Pakistan economically during his tenure.
Pakistan Muslim League-Nawaz (PML-N) Vice President Maryam Nawaz lashed out at Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI) Chairman Imran Khan, saying that he [Imran] has waged a war on country by attacking its stability, economy, society, media and now its Armed Forces.
Taking to Twitter, PML-N Vice President said, “Stop treating Imran like a political leader because he’s not. He has been launched and funded to wreck and ruin Pak and plunge nation into pits of misery and despair.” Maryam said that Pakistan will never reel from shock and continue to go downhill if he’s not declared and dealt with as a double-dealer by all stakeholders including judiciary.
