ISLAMABAD: Islamabad local court has accepted application for summoning Aun Chaudhry as witness in case against Imran Khan nikah with Bushra Bibi during iddat period. Senior civil judge Nasir Minuallah Baloch announced reserved judgment.

Court has said in its decision application on summoning Aun Chaudhry as witness in Nikah case of Imran Khan and Bushra Bibi during iddat is approved.  It is pertinent to mention here Mufti Saeed Nikah Khwan of Imran Khan has already recorded his statement. He had recorded his affidavit in district and sessions court Islamabad.  He had said in his statement he solemnized nikah of Imran Khan and Bushra Bibi in 2018 on assurance of woman. He stated that Imran had said Bushra Bibi was divorced by her former husband Khawar Manika in 2017.
