Karachi: Aasma Butt President All Pakistan Chinese Overseas Youth Federation (APCOYF) congratulated Jamal Shah on his appointment as Minister of National Heritage and Culture. Expressing good wishes she hoped that as an artist Jamal Shah will devote his full energies for promotion of culture.

She presented bouquet to him. It is first time an artist has been selected understanding sensitivities of Ministry. Artist community is happy on his selection as Minister. She expressed her confidence Jamal Shah will play role in getting artists deprived of their basic rights. We pray for Jamal Shah that culture of Pakistan gets further development in his presence.

Jamal Shah appreciated good wishes of Aasma Butt. He assured, “I will try my best to protect my national heritage and culture.”
