Another political party announces to join GDA

Karachi: Sindh United Party (SUP) announced joining anti-Pakistan Peoples’ Party alliance, Grand Democratic Alliance (GDA). SUP’s Syed Jalal Mahmood Shah announced becoming part of GDA.
He said that they will start joint efforts to improve governance system of Sindh province besides demanding strong voice for rights of citizens.
GDA Chief Convener Syed Sadaruddin Rashidi told journalists said that they will give tough time to political opponents. He said that 15-year poor performance of PPP rulers was not hidden from anyone.
Rashidi said that group was formed after martyrdom of former prime minister and PPP chairwoman Benazir Bhutto. He alleged that group in PPP was just aiming to loot national assets.
Sources said that SUP and GDA leaders signed an agreement before welcoming new political party to alliance. Sources added that SUP leaders will contest next election with election sign of GDA.
