Anniqa Jamal Iqbal represented Pakistan in the Miss Earth 2022 competition that was held in Philippines after the Covid break. Talking in an exclusive interview with Daily National Courier when asked about representing Pakistan, Anniqa Iqbal stated, “ It was my first international beauty competition, and I was really overwhelmed with so much diversity as well as culture because I met girls from different countries, and I made great friends from all around the world.”

Anniqa Jamal Iqbal currently holds the title of Miss Pakistan World 2022 and Miss Earth Pakistan 2022! In the year 2023 she will be seen in other competitions and will be representing Pakistan further. Sonia Ahmed, President of Miss Pakistan World and director of Miss Earth Pakistan stated, “ Miss Earth is a great pageant to learn from, and we always send our delegates to represent Pakistan in the Miss Earth competition because they learn a lot and they contribute towards a good cause which is helping the planet. Miss Earth also expects all the contestants to be working on several projects for their advocacy for saving the planet and this really helps the  contestants to understand about the reality of what our planet faces!”
