KARACHI: Demand of PTI to constitute inquiry Commission for 9TH May and 26th November episodes have gone with the wind limiting it by its desire to release Imran Khan only.

Hashmat Habib President Tehreek-e-Tahaffuz-e-Adlia commenting on this stance said that Government should call Inquiry Commission to find out the truth of serious allegations leveled by Afshan Lateef in Lahore of kidnapping female children and their murder for magic activities by previous regime.  Further, Inquiry Commission must be constituted to find out the facts of deteriorating Judiciary by destroying the selection procedure of Judges based on numbers instead of ability, honesty, and deciding Judgments without fear and favor.  Hashmat Habib said Pakistani Nation will never prosper unless Justice is administered without any fear and favor which is possible only by scratching present judicial system by Islamic Jurisdiction.  He said the appointment of judges on the basis of recommendations of members of Judicial Commission itself is injurious to the Independent Judiciary which is guaranteed under Article 2-A, the Objective Resolution to form part of substantive provisions because the Principles and provisions set out in the objective Resolution are clearly reproduced in it and it shall have effect accordingly. Senior lawyer said that in clear words the objectives resolution guaranteed that Independence of Judiciary shall be fully secured. He said polluted selection procedure of Judges will further deteriorate the judicial system.

Therefore, it is high time to establish Public Judicial Service Commission for selection of Judges right from subordinate Courts to the Supreme Court enabling all learned and holding unblemished record of service should be provided chance to purify the Judicial system. Otherwise pulling out basket from the well and the dead body of dog of injustice remains causing the dirty flow in judicial system, he added.
