Al-Asif FC wins Leisure Leagues Summer Cup 2023 title at Dream World Resort

Karachi: Al- Asif FC defeated Etihad FC (7-6) on a Penalty shoot to clinch Leisure Leagues Summer CUP 2023 Small-sided Football title, which was held at Dream world Resort, Karachi.

A total of eight teams participated in the tournament; the teams were Dream world titans, Etihad FC, The Grayhonds, Hazara Boys Academy, Taj Center Club, Controller Fc, Al Asif FC and Dream world Gladiators. The Match was a Thrilling encounter between the two sides. The match ended scoreless at full-time, after which the result was decided in penalties shoot out. Chief Guest Mr. Hassan Zia (CEO school Olympics) and Pir Syed Muhammad Khurram Shah Jilani (President of District South Pakistan Muslim League  Functional) distributed the winning prizes to the players.Danish was adjudged Best Player of the tournament while Ateeq was announced as Best Goolie. Asif Meraj Executive Manager from Leisure Leagues, Tauseef Ali Baig Facility & Recreational Head Dream world, also attended the Leisure Leagues Summer Cup 2023 on behalf of the organizing bodies.
