Karachi: Members of Alliance of Green Valley Allottees Association (AGVAA) Adnan Mehmood, Muhammad Akram Hayat, Muhammad Hasan Masood, Syed Muhammad Kamil, Mr and Mrs. Tariq Tawfiq, Sajid Aziz, Aslam Iqbal and Khurshid Anwar urged SBCA for initiation and completion of internal development and lease work in all phases of Green Valley.

GM Works Zafar Siddiqui and Mansoorul Haq participating on behalf of builder management told SBCA that Malir Development Authority and other institutions have not given their work-level and connection to main lines due to which we have not done internal development till now.

In view of this situation, builder management also mentioned case filed by Jamaatabad Association of Builders and Developers, representative of builders and developers in response to which SBCA asked to give reference number of case.

Allottees said that it is responsibility of builder management to do all this as green gardens were shown to allottees at time of booking plot, electricity, water and basic facilities are already there.
