After education, Malala wants people to invest in sports for females

Malala Yousufzai, activist and Nobel Laureate now wants world to focus on women athletes and invest in their talent more especially after India started women's cricket league to fund their cricketers. 25-year-old has been staunch advocate for women's right to education and life in past. 

Malala took to her Instagram Story and shared an article by New York Times on how India is revamping so-called "Gentleman's game" with creation of professional women's league. "Invest in Women's sports," she wrote and made trophy emoji.  Earlier in 2020, Malala Fund's Game Changer series championed 30 female athletes from around world who are breaking barriers in both their sports and their communities. Produced by Assembly, digital publication and newsletter from Malala Fund, Game Changer series highlighted all ways in which sports positively affect lives of women and girls.
