Adnan, others urge support for Asad's medical treatment

Pakistani singer Asad Abbas is currently battling life-threatening condition and has reached out to his fellow colleagues, fans and government for support in undergoing kidney transplant.
Director and actor Adnan Siddiqui sharing video of Abbas on Instagram, vouched for singer's tragic health journey. He wrote, 'Asad has blessed our lives with his enchanting voice, capturing our hearts with his soulful performances and musical genius. Unfortunately, behind scenes of his immense talent, he is currently facing personal battle that has left him in state of extreme financial distress.'
Siddiqui urged fans and government to join forces in supporting artist and relieving him of his financial burdens. He emphasised importance of standing by fellow artists and assisting them in times of need.
Actor Imran Ashraf also took to social media to rally for his cause. Providing bank account details in his bio, Ashraf wrote, 'Please watch video till end and help him. I used to listen to him every day.
Composer and music producer Rohail Hyatt made plea on behalf of Abbas, who still requires urgent financial assistance due to his deteriorating health. Singer undergoes dialysis three to four times week and faces challenge of double kidney failure.
Hyatt took to Facebook to share message about Abbas's condition, appealing to friends and fans, Asad Abbas is in dire need of our support.
