KarachI: Additional IG Karachi Javed Alam Odho visited SSU headquarters where he was received by DIG Security Dr. Maqsood Ahmed and senior officials.

DIG Security and Emergency Services Division Dr. Maqsood Ahmed gave detailed briefing about performance of units working under umbrella of Security Division. Additional IG praised administrative matters and operations of units and called SSU “Bright face of Sindh Police” and an “Exemplary unit”.  He emphasised importance of refresher courses for commandos to ensure they remain fit, healthy and alert during their duties. He said that digitised security methods are being adopted rapidly around world, keeping in mind its importance, we are also going to digitize security matters. He issued special instructions to DIG Security to implement plan.
