Pakistani actress Momal Khalid Usman has announced her retirement from the entertainment industry, citing her decision to embrace Islam as the reason.

Momal, known for her roles in various Pakistani dramas, recently took to Instagram to make the announcement. The revelation came after Momal shared an image of her sporting a hijab.

In response to a social media user’s query about her future involvement in dramas, Momal confirmed that she would no longer be participating in acting. Momal began her career in 2008 and gained recognition for her performances in several popular television shows.

In 2015, she was involved in a car accident that left her injured and tragically claimed the life of her fiancé, Shahzeb. Momal married Usman Patel in 2017 and the couple has two children, a son and a daughter.
