KARACHI: Administrator Murtaza Wahab said that Election Commission’s decision has proved that accounts submitted by Imran Khan were wrong and all those details are collected by his signature.

“Verdict said that PTI chairman submitted false information from 2009 to 2013. According to court decision, Imran Khan is no longer Sadiq and Amin, and now the institutions should take action against him,” Administrator expressed these views while holding a press conference in auditorium of Sindh Assembly Building.

He said that every political party will submit its accounts to Election Commission and party chief submits all those details. Election Commission also gave this decision that accounts submitted by Imran Khan as head are wrong and all those details have been submitted under his signature.

He said that in judgment it was written that Chairman PTI submitted wrong information from 2009 to 2013.

“Today, Election Commission has announced its decision along with documents. According to decision, Imran Khan is no longer Sadiq Amin. In para 50 of order, ECP has clearly stated that PTI has received prohibited funds from foreign companies and individuals including persons of Indian origin.

He said that we are hopeful that Justice Umar Atta Bandial will take a decision according to his previous decision. “It cannot be that there are separate laws for different personalities.”

He said that law banning this funding has also been debated in Supreme Court. He said that Election Commission has decided that prohibited funding was taken in violation of rules and wrong information was submitted.
