PIND DADAN KHAN: In a tragic incident seven people including a newlywed couple on died in a traffic accident. According to details, a traffic accident took place near Tobar Valley on Khewra-Choa Saidan Shah Road in Pind Dadan Khan of Jhelum District where procession vehicle went out of control and was crushed under dumper.

According to rescue sources, seven person including bride, groom and his mother died in this incident, while several injured have been shifted to a nearby hospital for medical assistance.

Rescue sources said, “Accident occurred due to brake failure of dumper, while several vehicles were also hit due to impact of uncontrolled dumper. Rescue 1122 teams are present at accident site while local people are engaged in rescue operations according to their capacity. However, due to darkness, rescue operations are facing difficulties.”
