KARACHI: Hashmat Habib President Tehreek-e-Tahaffuz-Adlia welcoming 26th Constitutional Amendment viewed that although it will keep Judiciary to remain in its limits but curb trend of facilitation to specific political persons.
Chosen representatives of people have successfully taken curative step to further strengthen judicial process to provide speedy Justice to litigants and on other hand clean Judiciary from political motivated factors. He recalled that on September 18, Tehreek-e-Tahaffuz-e-Adlia expressed some proposals and lot of them have been adopted in 26th amendment such as constitutional division selection of CJ out of panel of 3 Judges. However, TTA’s proposal that Federal Shariat Court may be replaced by Constitutional Court is ignored.
In my opinion Federal Shariat Court is useless setup, burden upon exchequer and den of ignorant Judges who do not believe that Quran and Sunnah is law. In fact Allah is sovereign upon entire universe and His authority is executed through chosen representatives of people. He said we hope for establishment of independence of judiciary as permissible under Constitution and law shall be sooner or later established.
We remember that when Al-jihad Trust case was decided at Karachi-Hashmat Ali Habib informed Nizam Ahmed Judge (shaheed) who was sitting in High Court Bar room when I said ‘adlia azad hogai’ he replied ‘’Haan! bilkul azad hogai’’. Subsequently by conduct of political motivated judges it proved that adlia bilkul azad hogai. He said now after 26th amendment stigma of bilkul azad hogai will be removed and PTI lawyers may realise their mistake of launching campaign which is nothing but an exercise in futile. Professional lawyers should be alert to understand this conspiracy.
