AskAlfa offer better engagement through a user-friendly interface and update account information without visiting branch. Customers and bank will reach out to each other by getting in touch through Chat Platform and not having to visit branch. AskAlfa facilitates customers’ rapidly changing behavior towards technology by incorporating more user-friendly ways to do banking and prioritising customers’ financial needs. It is evident that Bank Alfalah is working diligently to add more value to its customer experience with help of technology and in turn, enhancing customer satisfaction.
